Q. What days are you open?

A. Due to COVID-19, Adopt & Shop Culver City will continue to be closed until further notice. We are offering some services by appointment only. Grooming is available Thursday – Sunday and appointments can be requested via email at services@foundanimals.org. All our pets are in foster homes at this time but are available by appointment and can be viewed here. We offer online purchases with free local no-touch delivery and curbside pickup Wednesday – Sunday. 

Q. I don’t know my microchip number or how to register/update my account.

A. For questions about your microchip account and how to register visit, https://www.foundanimals.org/microchip-registry/

If you adopted a pet from us and need the microchip number, please email ansmarketing@foundanimals.org.

If you found an animal and want to see if it has a microchip, visit any local veterinarian or pet store to be scanned for a chip. If the animal does have a chip you can see if the microchip is registered at https://www.petmicrochiplookup.org/.

Q. Are you currently microchipping pets?

A. At the moment, we are not offering Microchip Mondays or microchipping pets but hope to resume the service soon! 

Q. Do you offer veterinary services?

A. We do not offer veterinary services to the public. 

SNP LA’s low-cost vaccine clinic does come to our store at least once a month to provide services to the public. Check out our events page to see the next clinic date. 

Q. Do you still offer dental clinics?

A. Yes, Smile Specialist brings their van to our location the 1st Sunday of every month. To book your appointment visit our events page or call 1-800-718-8597. 

Q. How can I see which animals are available for adoption? Who can I contact?

A. Due to high demand, we cannot take phone calls about available animals, please check the website under adoptable pets to see who is available or email adopt@foundanimals.org with any adoption questions. 

Q.Do you accept donations? 

A. Yes, we accept the following items on a daily basis:

Unopened bags/cans of food 

Unopened treats

Blankets

Towels

If there is a special or specific item you wish to donate or you’d like to know how to drop off your donations, email ansmarketing@foundanimals.org

A. For non-urgent needs, email ansmarketing@foundanimals.org or visit our contact us page. 

Q. Found an animal?

A. Always check for a microchip and see if it registered to someone so the pet can be reunited with the owner.
