Creating an Account

Creating and account is really easy! You can do this one of two ways. Click on My Account at the top of the page. Then, under New Customers, click Register. Fill out our form and click Submit. Or, simply place your first order as a guest (Under Guest Login). Once your order is complete, you will be given the option to save your information and create an account.


Ordering is simple and easy. You can order 24/7 on our website at If you wish to place an order via the website, you can browse for products on both the left and top navigation bars on virtually all web pages. Alternatively, you can enter search terms in the “SEARCH” space on the top navigation bar, also on all of our web pages. Once you would like to purchase a specific product, you enter the quantity and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. When you are ready to checkout, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen and select “Checkout”. Here in the shopping cart, you can enter any promotion codes or discounts, continue shopping or click on “Proceed to Checkout.” During the Checkout process, you will simply need to enter your shipping address, credit card information (via a secure payment process) and confirm your order. And you’re done! We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Pay Pal.

Shipping & Delivery

We pride ourselves on our fast, affordable shipping. In fact, we offer free shipping on ALL orders over $45 – no exclusions! Adopt & Shop ships to all 50 states. However, we do not ship to PO Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO) or Fleet Post Offices (FPOs) at this time.  Please provide a reliable, physical address to accept your package delivery.

Most Adopt & Shop products ship out from our warehouse within 48 hours, Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Once your package ships from our warehouse we will send an email with a link to track your order. If you have ordered an ID tag, it will be shipped directly from the respective engraver and will not have tracking information. If your order contains multiple products from different manufacturers, your order may ship in multiple parcels. These packages may arrive on different days. At Adopt & Shop, we always want you and your pet to be happy.  That’s why we have a hassle-free Return Policy. Simply send your purchase back for a refund within 30 days of date of purchase, and we will refund your original form of payment (excluding shipping charges). Products must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on customized products and Live Healthy items. Please allow 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. for return shipping information.
